Today we drove out to Amalga Harbor, to get me out of the house. If you haven't heard yet, I had a small accident involving a tree and me on my snowboard this last weekend. Thankfully I didn't break any bones but aquired a nice bruise and some torn muscles on my right leg. The Dr's prescription. . . bed rest. . . and after one day I have cabin fever! So, my wonderful husband drove me out the road. The weather isn't too beautiful but is truely Juneau winter weather. Wet, snowy and overcast. The water is calm and peaceful. It was just what I needed after being indoors for so long. :~) A big thanks goes to Mark for taking care of me.
