Adventures in the Snow with Dad

These last few weeks Mark has been taking Caitlin to the beach to play and explore! They wandered out at Auke Rec and to Eagle Beach to play in the sunshine and also went to the Glacier. It is absolutly beautiful outside right now, just pretty cold~

We have sunny blue skies with lots of sunshine!!

Mark takes the pack to carry her so they can go out just a bit further. Hiking through the trees! Break time at the picnic table!

She does really good walking on the rocks at the beach, everyonce in awhile she heads for the water, which is very very cold! We probably spoiled her by putting her in the water in California at Christmas! She must think it is warm here too!! (Don't worry she hasn't gone in yet, that I know of!)

These next pictures were taken at the Mendenhall Glacier.
Just BEAUTIFUL!! Blazing trails! These pictures are out on the Mendenhall Glacier Lake . . . frozen solid and covered in snow! The blue in the glacier is so clear and crystal like, it's hard to describe!
In addition to their walks on the beach and at the glacier, Mark has taken Caitlin to the swimming pool and to the indoor turf field for toddler time this last weke!

They are so active it just amazes me!

One last random picture for you! At night about 7:30pm Caitlin gets really goofey! This was taken during this time - such a happy girl!
