As I mentioned in the previous blog we are having the best summer ever! All week it has been in the 70's and 80's. Mark's mom Viki is has been here visiting us and she has even gotten a bit of color (She is from Hawaii!). This warm weather prompted me to purchase a small swimming pool for the kids . . . they love it!

In goes Andrew too! Not quite his bathtub water but after a few moments of "oh my this is cold" he was happy as a clam!

Along with pool fun Mark and his mom have been fishing quite a bit (see next blog for the big fish! They have also been getting shrimp and dungee crab!

This is my foot (size 7) next to one of the dungee crab - pretty big huh!
Not the best shot but we have started Andrew on rice cereal and baby food. I think he was tramatized by the food I was trying to get him to eat! Of course he loves the fruit and won't open his mouth for the veggies - especially peas! More pictures will come!
I was trying to get a shot of his first tooth! It popped through on Friday - he has done really well for his first tooth, very little crying and has been sleeping so well!

All in all it has been a AWESOME start to our summer - the weather has been a total bonus . . now if only we can could catch more fish . . .

awesone post! So funny to see pictures of kids in swim suits already! I don't think the 20+ crabs are enough.... ;) they are huge and look delicious! And I think I can see andrew getting some hair!!! :) What a little man1 Miss you guys!!
