August was the nicest we have seen in a long time. It was sunny and hot most of the month. We were pretty busy with fishing, biking and going to the beach.
Below are Mark and Josh's halibut.
Mark, my brother Spence and his friend Ty went sockeye salmon fishing at place called Sweethearts Creek on weekend. They caught many sockeye salmon, camped on the boat and enjoyed a beautiful weekend in the sun.

Even saw a mama brown bear with cubs!
Caitlin's Juneau aunt "Angie" found her a pink and purple trike to ride! She has gotten pretty good and can almost pedle by herself.

This was just before church - Caitlin was all dressed up and had to put her jewlery on, every single piece! Then she proceeded to hop on her trike (we had it in the house to practice!)
As most of you know, my brother Spencer was in Juneau for the summer to fish. On his days off he would come visit us. Caitlin adored having him here and misses him dearly!

We also spent quite a bit of time outdoors - we went to Auke Rec at one point and had a BBQ!
