On August 27th Mark and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary by heading out to our favorite cabin on Shelter Island, the Rupe Andrews Memorial Cabin. We headed out on Friday, stayed Friday and Saturday night and headed home on Sunday afternoon. Once again, we were not disappointed - great weather, fishing and fun on the beach and in the cabin.

The evening sky just kept getting better and better!
Mark and I were talking about how much more Andrew is allowed to do than Caitlin was when she was his age. We actually stayed out at this cabin for our 3rd anniversary, Caitlin would have been almost one and there was no way I'd let her crawl around in the trees, let alone dirt! But little Mandrew is allowed too - either cause he is the second kid and I realize dirt is okay or because he is a boy, and boys are allowed to get dirty!
