Caitlin is growing up so quickly - this coming week she will be 8 months old!! She is pretty much crawling now - it is a cross between army crawling, hands and knees crawling and rolling over to get where she wants to be.
We put her in the bath tub for the first time with no bath seat or small tub and she loved it! Especially since she can move around and get her own toys~!
She has also been pulling herself up on things. This morning I walked into her room to get her out of the crib, and she had pulled herself up to a standing position by holding on to the railing. Mark and I lowered her crib promptly after that! Below is just after her bath tub and she was pushing herself up on the toys. 
Later in the day she was pulling herself up on the coffee table!
This afternoon we took a drive out to the end of the road. Not too many places you can say that! It was a bit drizzly but not too bad. Then we took a short walk on a trail called Breadline Bluff.
Caitlin is now in a big girl back pack and out of the front pack snugglie.
And on Tuesday we took Caitlin to the swimming pool! She lasted almost an hour. She was kicking and splashing and starring at the pool with very curious eyes. You could tell she was trying to figure out what all the water was :)
And for the final big change . . . . Caitlin is now in her big girl car seat!! She can see the world!!
Mark, Caitlin and I are doing great. We are still very busy and trying to take advantage of what sunshine we have been getting. Softball ends in about 2 weeks and then we are going to Washington. The electicity is back in Juneau and after the 16th of July the electrity rates will go back down from over $.50 a kilowatt to about $.18~ We love you all and will post again soon!

man sounds like you guys had quite the week! I cannot believe she will be 8 months old in a little bit! that is crazy! I'm so excited thats she is crawling and pulling herself up! she's growing up so much! And now she's in a real back carrier :) I wish I could have seen her at the pool! I bet she loved it!
