As many of you know my Grandpa Keith Crabtree was taken home to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, September 27, 2009. He was a devoted Husband, Beloved Father and Loving Grandpa.
I was able to fly down to Lynden for his memorial service and spend time celebrating his life. I also was able to spend time with all my family. Below are a few pictures I got from Chelsea from after the memorial service.Sister Tasha, Mom Candi, Brother Spencer, Sister Danelle and Me!

Us four kids
Me, Sister Chelsea, Sister Tasha, Brother in Law Trevor, Sister Shannon and Mom Eileen (Dad was taking the pictures :) )
The 4 Girls
While I was away in Lynden, Mark and Caitlin got to spend the weekend together! They had fun adventures as always. One day while playing outside our house they were able to spot 5 goats up on top of Thunder Mountain. Can you find them in the picture?

They also went out in the boat with Mark's friend Niel on the search for King Crab. They didn't have any luck with the King Crab but did find shrimp!Neil pulling up a pot.
And there was a rocky beach with hundreds of Sea Lions!
Tons of them!
A light house along the way.
Of course Tasha sent me home with a box full of goodies! One of them was a giraffe costume for Halloween. Caitlin loved it and wore it for a whole evening, not wanting to take it off and calling herself both horsey and giraffe. Now we have to decide between the giraffe or chicken for Halloween!
Checking herself out in the mirror!
Finding her way into the play grocery cart. . . . what a goof ball!
All ready for church in her pretty dress.
Learing how to put a diaper on the baby doll at an early age. . . yep she is in training for her baby brother. (Kidding!!)
There is no sign of snow on Thunder Mountain (our house) but we can feel it coming in the air! October is here already and September seemed to fly by.

Your grandpa was truly a special man. We will miss him so much. I'm continually thankful for the hope we have of knowing he is with Jesus and we will be with him again! Loved the pics of all of you. Glad I got to see you in Lynden! Caitlyn is beautiful! :) love, susan
