Now what have we been up too in July? July 2011 (Part 4)

Mark was fortunate this year to catch TWO very BIG halibut!!

This first was caught on July 7th - 57 inches long and 90 lbs!He scored again and caught this beast on July 14th - I'll have to see if he remembers the measurements on this bad boy!The Department of Fish and Game opened up the King Crab season in the Juneau area this year, the limit was two per household. Mark and his friend Dan went out and found these two guys in their pot!Danelle out on the water - enjoying the sun!My beast of a halibut - it was still flopping around, that is why I look all goofy! Andrew, Caitlin and I spent some time walking on the trails around Juneau.

This is right outside of Caitlin's school - future SPU student?? Maybe :)We had a random BBQ out the road at Eagle Beach on evening when the weather was beautiful!

Caitlin found blueberries!These pictures were taken at Harborview Elementary School - they have an awesome park for little kids. Bonus it is downtown near my work, so when we had time it was an easy stop to make on our way home!

We were blessed with some amazing weather - hot and sunny! Our deck was the perfect place for the kids swimming pool and slide :)
